1. Build Your Profile
Create a profile to showcase your work in Biderator`s contractor directory. This will allow you to bid an active auctions and be invited to project leads by GCs in your area.
2. Enter The Auction
Search for projects then enter an auction you would like to participate in based on your trade and location. As a fully transparent platform, you can read project description, view the number of bids submitted, and see the high and low bid values displayed.
3. Create & Submit a Bid
Once you have found a project you want to bid on, simply enter the requested line item values, upload the proposal in your standard format, and hit submit.
For General Contractors
1. Create Your Project
Simply follow our template to create your Project Bid Package. This includes the project type, the scope, and size of the project, and any other details you`d like the Subcontractors to address when preparing the quote.
2. Launch Your Auction
Once you've submitted your Project Bid Package, Subcontractors will begin to compete for your project by submitting their bids. From your dashboard, you can view each bid and chose based on their price and qualifications.
3. Award Your Project
Once you`ve found the Subcontractor you`d like to hire, simply award them with your project! In the event you don`t find the right fit, you`re not obligated to award the project and can relist for another auction to take place.
